• Personnel chosen was the right cadre for PBM
  surveillance
• Technical support supervision from Mulago
  hospital sentinel site
• Team work in a Christian environment
  
  
• Support from the hospital with some lab supplies
  and appropriate drugs
  
• Training of data manager using the opportunity
  of IDSR in EPIINFO2000

Challenges/Constraints

• Irregular supply of laboratory consumables
• Morale of staff, as they have to spend more time
  in hospital than usual
• Data management lack of laptops
• Method of sending data to Mulago is very poor
• Quality control have not received any specimens
• Insecurity in the region and hence causes an
  influx of patients
