• Prepare beverage (alcoholic and non-alcoholic)
  for staff and customers
• Attend to VLT players
• Stock for day and evening shifts
• Put in over time when needed
• Answer phones
• Prepare inventory list for bar

Goals to Achieve

• Change bar equipment beer kegs, C02 canisters,
  pop lines quickly and efficiently.
• Prepare specialty coffees that are aesthetically
  pleasing.
• Memorize cocktail list create fancy cocktails
  that are visually appeasing.
• Put into action a plan that will help to make the
  bar run more efficiently.
• Learn master my temper and exercise patience.

Conclusion

• This co-operative work placement was a great
  advantage to me. It helped me to improve on some
  of my skills and knowledge of bartending and
  working with others. It also helped me develop
  new skills with the help of my many managers and
  staff.
