Logistics today

• Logistics Management is the part of the supply
  chain which plans, implements and controls the
  efficient, effective forward and reverse flow and
  storage of goods. Usually between the point of
  origin and its point of consumption in order to
  meet customers requirements.

  is even and below max.
• E.G. Water meters are rated Qn which is 50 of
  Qmax, under the old EEC system.
• We all benefit when we dont need to talk
• This is only achieved when we do talk !
• We all need to look at the whole PR09 plan its a
  key Supply Chain tool .
