- MIMEC
THIS CENTRE WILL HAVE TWO MAIN OBJECTIVES

• Solving the problem of classrooms shortage with
  the Philological Institute, the MIMEC will be
  used by Students and Staff of Italian language
  and literature courses with the purpose of
  enhancing their understanding of the Italian
  culture through cultural and educational
  activities such as video conferences with
  external universities, film, theatre, opera, art
  performances, etc. and also it will be used more
  in general by the Philology Department within the
  faculty
• Capacity strengthening for all the initiatives
  related to the Italian funded Programme targeting
  Education, Culture and Decentralization, in
  particular for those sectors favouring
  sustainable development, including the
  development of tourism based on the evaluation
  and protection of the Macedonian Cultural
  Heritage together with the preservation /
  appreciation of the natural environment

The MIMEC should also become the focal point for
spreading cultural and educational activities
with other European Institutions and Countries,
aiming at development and EU Integration
