Brixton Prison Well-Being Recovery Strategy
(BPWR)

• To ascertain the support elements needed to stay
  well upon release from prison through the use of
  a Recovery focused approach
• To validate and trial initiatives that will
  contribute to service improvement at HMP Brixton
  and embed them into in-reach team practice and
  resettlement packages by the end of the project
• Encourage more collaborative working between the
  Mental Health Services and Criminal Justice
  Systems to improve the recovery and wellbeing
  aspect of the Lambeth Resettlement Strategy
