Standard Formats

Standard jpeg format

• Each image must be at least 72 ppi/dpi/resolution.
  
• Each image file must be a jpeg/ unless
  otherwise requested
• The image size should not exceed 900 pixels
  in?height or 900 pixels in width
• Each file should not exceed 5MB
• Label your JPEG files "01 to 10" followed by your
  last name. For example, Joe Smith's image files
  would be 01Smith.jpg, 02Smith.jpg, etc.
• Number the image file names in the order you
  would like them viewed. Make sure these numbers
  correspond to your Work Sample Description Sheet
• Put only the images you are submitting for the
  application on the CD
• Write your name, address, and phone number on
  your CD and CD case.
• Every call is different. Pay attention to the
  image size rules set for each individual
  callfollow them carefully!
