A-SSCC2006 SDC Award Process

• When submitting paper, the student author claims
  if he/she wants to attend student design contest.
  (June)
• Each sub-committee reviews the paper exactly the
  same as the regular papers. (by July 14)
• Sub-committees recommends 2 - 4 outstanding SDC
  papers as the candidates for SDC awards. (by July
  14, noon)
• SDC Committee review the recommended papers and
  select 8-10 papers. (by July 14, evening)
• 8-10 papers will be posted and their designs will
  be demonstrated on-site. (Nov. 13-15)
• Among those designs successfully demonstrated
  on-site, 3 outstanding papers will be determined.
  (Nov. 13, evening)
• At the banquet of A-SSCC 2006, A-SSCC SDC awards
  will be given. (Nov. 14, evening)
• Scholarships will be awarded at ISSCC 2007 and
  their designs will be demonstrated on-site. (Jan.
  11-15,2007)
