    know every detail about the subject you
    researched.
  • a 3-hour speech memorized perfectly backwards and
    sideways.

  • A 20-minute Exhibit and Defense presentation of
    the following
  • 1. Introduce yourself (1-3 minutes)
  • 2. Overview of research (3-5 minutes)
  • Portfolio
  • Product display, proof, visual evidence
  • Visual aid
  • 3. Exhibit and Defense/Q A (5-7 minutes)
  • 4. Set up and tear down (3-5 minutes)

  • Display of copies of letters/surveys/petitions

  • The purpose of the visual is to display your
    research
  • It should include the following in a creative,
    professional manner (tri-fold, Power Point,
    etc.)
  • Topic/title
  • Thesis Statement
  • Three/four main points of research
  • Some key points of interest (facts/statistics,
    etc.)
  • Visual (picture, non-linguistic representation)
