Enrolment Process

• Information Pack
• Expression of Interest form submitted
• Submit Application
• Completed Enrolment Information form
• Photocopies of the following
• Birth Certificate (original verified at
  interview)
• Report Cards last 2 years
• References from Work Experience or any other
  position of responsibility eg sport team captain
• Year 9 Test Results for 2010 entry - Year 7 Test
  Results for 2009 entry
• Learning Support Reports
• Application Fee - 95 (non-refundable)
