  The Creatine Kinase (CK)
  Electrophoresis procedure is used to separate the
  different isozymes of CK so the amount of each
  isozyme can be determined in the samples that
  have abnormally high levels of CK activity.

Principle

• Proteins are large molecules composed chains of
  amino acids.

• Ponceau S Stain
• High Resolution (HR) Buffer
• Destain

• The two most common forms of creatine
  kinase are CK3, which is found in skeletal
  muscle, and CK2, which is found primarily in
  heart muscle.

• Normal
• Skeletal Muscle ( Got higher)
