irregular in the first person?

• Well, there are three more irregular verbs in
  this chapter (there are more later), and like
  ver, theyre irregular only in the first person
  singular.

PONER

• Poner (meaning to put) is irregular in the
  first person singular. After that, it follows
  the rules for er verbs.
• pongo ponemos
• pones ponéis
• pone ponen

SALIR

• Like poner, salir (meaning to leave) is
  irregular in the first person singular. After
  that, it follows the rules for ir verbs.
• salgo salimos
• sales salís
• sale salen

Both poner and salir are irregular in the
first person but nowhere else. See?

• poner salir
• pongo ponemos salgo salimos
• pones ponéis sales salís
• pone ponen sale salen

TRAER

• Like poner and salir, traer (meaning to
  bring) is irregular only in the first person
  singular. But watch out for the spelling!
  Besides having a g come from nowhere, it has an
  i come from nowhere.
• traigo traemos
• traes traéis
• trae traen
