Summary

• There is no fast fix
• There are products available
• Staff that use the products need to be involved
  (beta tests)
• Still have to maintain the paper copies
• Technology does allow you to track easier,
  reduces repetitive actions, allows for tracking
  and reports
• We have added scanner to the system and can now
  take the files with us on laptop to review and
  answer questions, look at infrastructure maps,
  facility mapping, etc
