• Breed Specific Legislation is the first stage of
  the demise of bull breeds in the world.

• Thesis- The general public does not get a clear
  view of the danger, or the lack on danger, posed
  by bully breeds compared to all other dog breeds.
• Argument- Breed Specific Legislation is unfair
  and discriminates against certain dog breeds.
