Brief History of Chang-Jung Christian University

• 1865 Missionary James Maxwell (M.D.) from the
  British Presbyterian Church set up the first high
  school in Taiwan.
• 2002 Established Chang Jung Christian University
• 2003 Dr. Chen Jin-sheng named
  president of the university

• 9/13 Travel to Tai-Tung, visit aboriginal church
• 9/14 Sunday worship service, travel to Hualien,
  stay at Yu-Shan Seminary.
• 9/15 Visit Taroko National Park, travel back to
  Taipei, stay at hot spring resort hotel
• 9/16 Visit National Palace Museum, shopping,
  packing.
• 9/17 Fly back to Houston
