can practice using the three formats utilized in
the exam (Multiple Choice, True/False,
Matching). This exam can be taken multiple times
(unlike your actual exam which can only be taken
once).
Its HIGHLY suggested that you take this exam
become familiar with its format BEFORE you take
the actual exam.
7Proctor Instructions
Your proctor will get an email approximately 24
hours before hand giving him/her the instructions
on how to proctor the exam. They will need to

return once your exam is completed. It is located
in this section of the website.

saved, or kept.
15The questions are given one at a time. It states
the number of points at the top and gives you the
option to save. You do NOT have to click Save,
this is simply a preventative measure in case
there is a technological problem. As it mentions
below, by MOVING TO ANOTHER QUESTION WILL SAVE
THIS RESPONSE. To Submit the question, click
the FORWARD ARROW BUTTON AT THE BOTTOM.
16Once you have clicked Submit, a dialog box will
appear asking if you would like to confirm
question submission. For this reason, YOU MUST
HAVE YOUR POPUP BLOCKER TURNED OFF DURING THE
EXAM. FYI - It will ask you this after each
question but you can still go back and make
changes up until you click Submit on the final
answer.
Please Note Clicking the BACK arrow when you are
on Question 1 will take you OUT OF THE EXAM and
LOCK it (causing an automatic failure). Be
careful not to double-click or get impatient
when clicking back through the exam.
17To move to the previous question click the single
back arrow. To move to the first question, click
the double back arrow. To move to the final
question, click the double forward arrow.
Please Note It lists how many questions there
are where you are in the exam. Most exams are
31 questions long (the final 31st question being
a set of matching questions worth 10 points for
the normal total of 40 points per exam).
18Notice 2 things First This is the last
question on the exam (shown in the bottom right
corner demonstrated by no forward arrow and a
Submit button). Second Notice that it warns
you that by clicking Submit Button, you are
completing the assessment. This means that once
you click that, your result will be calculated
and you will not be able to have access to the
exam again.
19Notice the language change Confirm assessment
submission vs. the language on the previous
dialog box Confirm question submission. If you
click OK, then you will NOT be able to go back
and make any changes to your exam.
20Once submitted, it will take you to this
confirmation page. Click OK to review results.
With some classes, you have the ability to see
how many points you got out of 40. You can do
this by clicking on My Results (black button on
left).
21After you submit your exam, you will see your
results right BELOW the exam link (you may need
to SCROLL DOWN). Once you have clicked OK, you
