    underused in the planning of student recruitment
    activities
  • CHALLENGE Develop the means to allow the proper
    information to be readily accessible to
    stakeholders, in a timely manner

Action plan strategic issues
  • Solution 1 BPEI or an external consultant is
    mandated to realize student provenance analyses,
    periodically or ad hoc, and present the results
    to stakeholders
  • Solution 2 Develop a more userfriendly tool
    that could be used by stakeholders themselves to
    conduct analyses tailored to their needs in a
    timely fashion

Summary
  • We now have 10 years of undergrad registration
    data integrated in the SOLAP system
  • Data from CREPUQ will also be available soon
  • The system is now ready for field tests on
    campus
  • Feedback from users will lead to adjustments to
    the interface
  • BIP will monitor this projects success
  • user satisfaction
  • registration increases !!
