New Database is coming! YES! We have recently
made the switch to Work Life Systems for our
database, which will make our jobs a lot easier,
make referral searches more accurate, and allow
us to keep provider information more detailed and
current! We will begin using the new database
system July 1st. As part of this process, we
will be contacting all of our providers to
conduct a complete update of your information,
including vacancies. Please be patient with us,
as this is going to be quite an undertaking with
over 230 providers! LEVEL SYSTEM UPDATE As part
of our push to update and improve our database
system, we are also conducting home visits to
help some of you move up in the Level System.
Several of you are still at Level I, when you
should be Level 2 or 3 if youve been attending a
lot of training. If you would like to schedule a
home visit, call the Coordinator at 631-5390. If
youre a Level 1, remember that to move to Level
2 or 3, you need to meet the training criteria,
have a home visit by CCC 4C, have current
CPR/First Aid, and have your license in GOOD
STANDING, i.e., no violations.
