Programs and Resources

• Develop and defend the Marine Corps financial
  requirements, policies, and programs. (CFO)
• Process owner and director for Marine Corps
  participation in the Planning, Programming,
  Budget and Execution Process (PPBE)
• Develop, submit and direct Marine Corps inputs to
  the Program Objective Memorandum, Presidents
  Budget, and Budget Execution.
• Directly support the Assistant Commandant for his
  participation on the MROC (Marine Requirements
  Oversight Council), JROC (Joint Requirements
  Oversight Council), and DAWG (Deputys Advisory
  Working Group)
• Direct Marine Corps participation in the
  Quadrennial Roles and Misssions Review (QRM) and
  Quadrennial Defense Review (QDR)
