    in the Netherlands there is an increasing demand
    for complex care for the elderly. Access to
    primary home care in residentials is decreasing.

Methods A qualitative study in which data were
gathered from semi-structured interviews with
eight residents. The interviews were audio taped
and transcribed and a thematic analyses carried
out using a grounded theory approach.
