• Start with the last screen you get when you do a
  Sample Query in the Certification On-line
  Services.
• Go to the Download Results link

• This is what the results page looks like
• Highlight all the information that you want
  downloaded
• Copy (EditCopy)
• Open Excel Program

• Put your cursor in the first cell block (upper
  left corner of the sheet)
• Paste (EditPaste)
• Go to Data
• Choose Text to Columns

• This is what will come up after you have chosen
  text to columns
• Choose Delimited
• Go to Next

• Check Tab
• Check Other and put in in the box. This
  is done by pressing the Shift button and \
  button.
• Test qualifier is (should be the default)
• Press Finish
