18The GCNS Carbon Cutters Plan
is a bit like Weightwatchers.
With communities of interest GCNS creates an
annual plan
1 new SUPPORTED carbon reduction activity per week
which the group takes together, discussing how
they got on, each week
every year for up to three years
(to get us in good practice!)
