• Goal is to
• facilitate border crossing
• avoid repetitive weight controls of goods road

INTERNATIONAL WEIGHT CERTIFICATE

• SECI countries in 1999 signed the MoU on the
  introduction of an INTERNATIONAL GOODS ROAD
  VEHICLE WEIGHT CERTIFICATE
• CIS countries in April 2004 concluded the
  Agreement on the Introduction of the
  INTERNATIONAL CERTIFICATE of the TRANSPORT
  VEHICLE WEIGHING (ICTVW) on the Territory of the
  CIS Countries
