    terms of courts or CJ variables)
  • More Collected on MH Treatment History than Most
    Variable Categories Still Only About Half of
    the Courts Report Collecting MH Diagnosis
  • About One-Third of Courts Appear to be Prepared
    to Track Violations, Sanctions, and Incentives
