Units
- Dec 02 GTE proposal circulated to all
EASEE-gas Members - Jan 03 15 responses on the GTE proposal. Many
different views - February Gastransport Services analyse
responses - 27th March Working Group meeting held. Chaired
by GTS - 17th April Specific questionnaire on
implementation/costs issued. - 16th May Responses submitted. Analysis of
results by GTS - 19th June 2nd Working Group meeting held
- 27th June Draft Common Business Practice
submitted to the Exec Com - July Submit CBP to all EASEE-gas Members for
comment - August Executive Committee review/approve
revised CBP - September Report outcome to the 7th Madrid
Forum
7MADRID FORUM VI - ACTION PLAN Gas Quality
Harmonisation
- 16th Jan 03 1st Working Group meeting held.
Chaired by Statoil - 5 meetings to date
- Good (lively) involvement by Producers,
Transporters, Suppliers and Traders Shippers
but End-User input limited - Each parameter is being challenged/debated
- EFIEC representing Industrial Users
- Marcogaz involved representing impact on
domestic users - Future work
- Finalise quality parameters and values
- Propose billing arrangements that accommodate
the agreed gas specifications - Progress/outcome will be reported to the
EASEE-gas Exec Com in August to the 7th Madrid
Forum in September
8MADRID FORUM VI - ACTION PLAN Business Rules
- 4 Meetings of this Working Group this year to
date. Chaired by Fluxys - Participation from producers, transporters,
traders shippers, suppliers, service providers - Very large interest in this Working Group,
numbers will be limited in future to make it more
efficient - Smaller Task Force established to develop
detailed proposals - Discussion has centred on initial (and re-)
nomination cycles and associated matching and
confirmation messages - Good progress towards synchronized nomination
scheme for the European Gas Business - Proposals being developed for a series of CBPs
to address the progressive (and continuous)
nature of the work in this area - Initial CBP on nomination cycle planned to be
completed for the EASEE-gas Executive Committee
meeting in August -

- Members now elected from 5 Gas Industry Segments
(3 per Segment) - Distribution Network Operators, Retail Suppliers
and End User segments still not active - 1st meeting of the 15 held on 25th June 03
- Actions
- To produce a guideline for Working Groups on the
production and format of CBPs - Reorganisation of Working Groups to remove areas
of overlap - Clearer timetables for delivery of CBPs from
each Working Group - To produce a work-plan to set down proposals for
new areas of work to consider, with subjects for
future CBPs
