Making up the Shortfall

• Increasing the Membership- 20 members could
  generate 3,000
• Donations
• Offers such as Life Membership-20 members at,
  say, 250 could generate 5,000
• Fundraising Events - Dinners, Race Evenings,
  etc.- Events could generate 5,000 p.a.
• The Community Partners Scheme could generate
  10,000 p.a. say 30,000 - 40,000 over four
  years.
• Additional loan(s) as required to fund the
  balance.

• Sign up a new member - preferably for 3
  years - forms available tonight
• Attend and support the events - Dinner, Race
  Night, etc.
• Encourage your company to join our Community
  Partners Scheme
