  • Salutary Neglect Period when England allowed
    colonists a great amount of self-government and
    economic freedom.

  • Mercantilism Economic theory that a country
    should acquire as much gold or silver, as
    possible from its colony. This is done by
    exporting more good then importing.

  • British and French fought a war on American soil.
    French had most of the Native American (Indians)
    on their side although some sided with British.
