- The ERY network is composed of 11 European
Regions linked by the aim of building EU Youth
Policies that can facilitate a better future for
the new generations through education, research
and a lot of concrete opportunities.

The ERY Network includes the following

3Aims And Youth Policies
- The ERY network has been set up in order
- To promote cooperation amongst members within
the formal and the non formal education context,
and to support youth policies at local, regional
and European levels - To promote understanding between policy makers
practitioners and young people of youth policy
and practice in other European regions and to
share good practice in these areas of work -
- To provide an opportunity for Member Regions to
work together on particular projects or issues

- To influence EU youth policies.

- To work together to increase young peoples and
professionals awareness of their European
citizenship and members regional cultures -
- To share information on funding streams that can
be used to further the work of the network or the
regions - To share information on young peoples
participation in policy making and implementation
and provide support for members in promoting
youth participation in their own regions - To share information on the work of other.
5 Methods
- The ERY Network works to achieve these objectives
through - an Annual Conference hosted by a member region
to provide a forum to develop the work of the
network. The Conference can also be used to
share information and ideas on specific themes - the ERY website to provide information for all
on the work of the network and youth policy and
practice in the member regions -
- a group e-mail facility for members to keep in
regular contact - a programme of events.
