    ask. This session offers three perspectives an
    end user wanting top ranking for his many
    properties, a top SEO company providing services
    to outrank competitors, and a search engine
    (Yahoo!) discussing what not to do. Each speaker
    is giving a brief presentation on these topics,
    followed by an extended audience QA opportunity.
    This is an advanced session discussing several
    points of view on how SEO can be accomplished.

  • I have operated as an executive with several
    high-technology businesses, and I come from a
    long career as a technical manager with leading
    Silicon Valley firms. Since 1996, I have been
    active in the Internet business consulting area.
    Current and active clients include ATT, ABC-TV,
    Countrywide, Edmunds, eHarmony, Network
    Solutions, and hundreds more. I hold a BS in Math
    and Computer Science and an MBA, have had many
    articles published, have been a speaker at more
    than 100 sessions and have been frequently

    an expert site by most in the SEO industry.

  • Sandor Marik is Director of Marketing at
    CondéNet, an online unit of Condé Nast
    Publications. He is responsible for search
    marketing, content distribution and other
    marketing programs for the company's premier
    online properties, including Epicurious.com,
    Concierge.com, Style.com, Flip.com and Wired.com.
    Also The New Yorker, Vogue, Style, Vanity Fair,
    GQ, and many more. Before joining CondéNet,
    Sandor oversaw search marketing campaigns at

    of Net. Before moving to the United States to

  • Bill Macaitis is the VP of Online Marketing SEO
    / SEM for Fox Interactive Media (FIM).  Bill
    leads up a centralized, in-house online marketing
    department that services all of the FIM sites
    MySpace, FoxSports, IGN, American Idol,
    Photobucket, AskMen, RottenTomatoes, Fox, GameSpy
    and Direct2Drive. Bill has successfully utilized
    SEO, SEM, viral marketing and social networking
    to elevate Fox Interactive Media to the largest
    network in the US with 53 billion monthly page
    views and 81MM unique visitors (ComScore US).  
    Bill has over 12 years of online marketing
    experience with a specialty in SEO SEM PPC.

Tim Meyer
  • Tim Mayer is responsible for the product
    direction of Yahoo! Search globally including web
    search, multimedia search (image, video and
    audio) and mobile search. Tim brings over 12
    years of search experience to Yahoo! with
    previous roles at Overture, FAST Search
    Transfer, Inktomi and Thomson Corp. Tim was
    previously Vice President of Web Search Products
    at Overture. Before FAST, Tim spent two years
    leading product management and product marketing
    in the web search division at Inktomi. Mayer
    received a BA in English Literature from Hobart
    College, Geneva, New York and an MBA from Babson
