am committed to providing a safe working
environment for all employees in the
Victorian/Tasmanian processing and merchandising
region.
- I will demonstrate this commitment by
- I will lead by example
- I will ensure business unit managers conduct
monthly audits and safety meetings and are aware
of the expectations of the business in regards to
the safety management system. - I will develop effective safety communication
vehicles i.e., tool box talks. - I will recognise and reward positive safety
performance. - I will commence all meetings by reporting our
safety performance. - I will engage appropriate resources to assist the
business units on the safety journey. - I will endeavour to expedite the procurement of
safety related purchases through the capital
expenditure process. - I will incorporate the SUSA program after
implementation and ensure all locations follow
