2A great deal of consideration has gone into the
design of the OCF form component. PMP offers
superior features not available on the HCAI web
application or in other software.
3PMP offers the ability to create OCF forms within
the patient file. Create and edit forms when it
is convenient for you.
4MVA tab
Forms are created and maintained on the MVA tab
in Patient Information.
5Accidents
A list of accidents and forms are shown on the
main screen

select items from a list

required information for each section

Part 7 of the OCF 18 is where ICD-10-CA codes are
selected.

There are many ways to select codes from the list
1) type the known code into the code box

2) click onto the written description to expand
the list.
Continue to click until the desired selection is
reached

3) type keywords or part of keywords into the
blank field below Description.
Type part of the word, such as sub for
subluxation. You can choose two keywords -
separated by a comma

Select practitioners from the PMP list

Part 12 Proposed Goods and Services is where CCI
and GAP codes are chosen.

Select codes in the same manner as ICD-10-CA
codes.

After selecting codes input detail for each item
into relevant fields below.

Create sessions!

PMP assumes codes starting with 1, 2, and 6
should be added to sessions, but you control all
item that are or are not added to sessions.

You can group multiple items to edit using the
options below.

Here is Part 12 completed.
25PMP offers the ability to Save your list of Goods
and Services for future use on any patient.
26Make sure your list includes costs and
practitioners before saving.
Click Save Goods
27Type a name for this list of Goods and Services
and click Save.
28To load a list into a NEW form click the Load
Goods button.
29To view the contents of a list before selecting,
click the plus button to the left of the name.
30Select a list by clicking the description and
choosing Load these Goods and Services.

Here are the loaded Goods and Services. Make
any changes to practitioners or costs before
continuing.

Some fields are required on forms. PMP has
validation rules that must be met before
finalizing a form.
Click Test Form

Tabs that do not pass validation rules will be
marked with a red X. Fields will be highlighted
in yellow.

When you have completed inputting data click the
Save as Draft button.
35To view or print existing forms click View /
Print Form

Moving on to the OCF 21

The OCF 21 populates with information input into
OCF 18, 22, or 23.
Complete this form in the same manner as the OCF
18.

The Goods Services tab differs from OCF 18 tab
in a few ways
Codes can be selected from a Treatment Plan by
selecting Apply Codes from Plan

The Blue titlebar at the top of each set of
calendars show the services assigned on the
Treatment Plan.
Click on the calendar to select the dates for
each service.

Goods and Services can be selected from the
treatment plan in seconds.
No more time consuming printing or waiting for
page changes on the web!

Another way to add Goods Services to an invoice
is by selecting one and then choosing Duplicate
this Line Item.

Duplicate this Line Item will copy an item as
many times as you wish to dates you specify.
