Descripction

• Cooperation project is not only an exchange of
  know how, must implement proposal, realization
  and evaluation of
  supported coopertion project. Its no longer
  possible to support an info - exchange - like
  Cooperation projects.

• Range of interest
• tourism support (bike and hippo tourism, info
  centres, geotourism)
• support of crafts, skills, and support for
  markets, fairs, saint's - days
• human resources(school and civil association
  cooperation)
• citizen relationship to home country
  (exhibitions, enlightenment, adult-education)
• mirror-like-projects what includes 4 from 5
  join conditions

CZ Partners of Cooperation

• Applicant and receiver of the financial
  subvention in Czech Republic has to act as LAG in
  accordance with their special rules (measure
  IV.1.1).

Rules for Cooperation

• minimal cost of project 10 600
• setting of Transnational Coordinating group and
  setting of Coordinating LAG ( Lead Partner)
• number of CZ partners must not exceed number of
  foreign partners in one TNC project
• engagement about future Cooperation ( Letter
  of intend) or Contract between partners of
  Cooperation is necessary at the beginning

Rules for projects

• project must follow the Local Strategy of
  Development
• LAG can to be a partner only in three of TNC
  projects during 1 year
• each partner of TNC project requires his
  financial sources in his country, costs can be
  different
• other partners of TNC project must work
  according to LEADER rules

Lead partner

• provides the administration of TNC project
• controls, decides, coordinates the schedule of
  financing of the project, supervises the
  implementation
• completes every documents for each partner to
  submit the request of payment
• approve every modification of the TNC project
• if Lead partner is Czech LAG, can request a
  financial support for administration during the
  join action of TNC project
• in CZ rules means Cooperating LAG

Contract of Cooperation

• must content a design of project, financing,
  responsibilities of each partner
• designates a Lead partner
• is obligatory for each partner during
  implementation

Financing

Overview LEADER of 2004 2006 and future

• founded aprox. 120 LAGs
• the most used forms of LAG are civil
  association, public service organization
• aprox. 70 LAGs will receive support for
  implementation of strategy in forthcoming period
  in 2 calls for proposals
• any LAG, not only supported, can be a partner in
  TNC
• approval process for TNC
• step 1 LAG informs about possibility of
  Cooperation
• step 2 SAIF (points system)
• for finding a partner mail to SAIF, we provide
  your request further
• make a clear statement about your way of TNC
• launch of TNC projects in CZ is expected in the
  first half 2008
