  • My name is Stephen Hembree and I live in the
    Village of Woodridge with my wife, Katherine and
    our young daughter, Karla. I have been the
    General Manager of the LLA for the past sixteen
    months.
  • I will be discussing what the LLA Staff does for
    you.

  • Currently we have 8 staff members who are all
    dedicated to serving the needs of the Community.

Basic Information
  • Staff receives, on average, over 250 incoming
    phone calls, per week. All calls are processed to
    various staff members and acted on accordingly.
  • Maintenance staff performs hundreds of hours of
    routine work on a monthly basis along with
    addressing over 150 Work Order request,
    annually, from our members.
  • The LLA assigned Sheriffs Deputy coordinates
    with staff where applicable.

Major Projects by Staff 2003
  • Repair all three beaches (add new sand!)
  • Assess all playgrounds for replacement parts
  • Complete repairs to signage and trees from winter
    storms
  • Review sites for CDA and water/sewer CIP staging
    areas
  • Locate sites for new sports fields and estimate
    cost for next years budget
  • Process FEMA documentation for estimated 40,000
    reimbursement of snow emergency cost
  • Coordinate and bid road work and track SHUR
    funding expenses
  • Complete cost estimates to repair or re-site
    mailbox areas

  • Repair Westwinds pool retaining wall
  • Continue major road repairs
  • Continue road shoulder and swale repairs
  • ECC-Site plan reviews for storm water drainage by
    engineering consultant
  • Pinehurst pool design and cost estimate
  • Complete the Board meeting room addition design
    and cost estimate
  • Farm Pond repair design and permitting
  • Meadows / Eaglehead Dr. walking tunnel inspection
    by engineer
