1
TreeWater Symbology
2
Importance
  • Symbology reminds us of our core values, our
    goals, our methodologies
  • Symbology reminds people of who we are
  • A logo is often the first thing people see
  • A logo can be a lasting impression
  • A logo sets you aside from other companies
  • One of our concerns is the lack of honor, values,
and common sense in businesses in general today

3
Escutcheon, Crossed Swords
  • The Escutcheon itself is a shield, a protector
  • Gold represents generosity but also elevation of
    mind and thought
  • Black or Sable represents concern over the past
  • Crossed swords justice and honor. We used
Scottish basket hilt claymores because the
    founders have Scottish antecedents.
  • Also, with a bottom connector, represent the
Delta V Asset Class. See the next slide.

4
Delta V Asset Class
  • The swords also form a Delta V symbolism.
  • A brand new asset class for hedge funds.
  • The Delta V Asset Class represents true wealth,
as the asset changes value do to the investments
    in them.

5
Droplet with the Globe
  • The droplet represents potable water supplies
  • The earth represents the world wide problem with
    those supplies
  • Over the escutcheon, this droplet represents our
concern for those supplies, our ability to help
on a world wide basis, and our intent to do so
    with honor, not exploitation.

6
Salmon
  • In heraldry, fish represent virtue, generosity,
    physical and spiritual nourishment
  • The salmon was chosen because of our concern for
salmon and efforts to save them, and, hey, were
    Scottish and Scotts love salmon!

7
Paulownia Leaf
  • In Heraldry, plants represent hope and joy
  • To TreeWater they represent the hope and joy of
forestry projects and the benefits that can bring
to the environment, the investor, and the local
    beneficiaries, our native partners.

8
The Sun
  • Solar energy drives the entire ecosystem. From
the bottom of the food chain (autotrophic plants,
bacteria) to the warmth that allows life in a
    cold universe.
  • Here the sun also represents solar energy and
geothermal energy used to replace fossil fuels.

9
The Banner/Motto
  • Our Global Concern is a double entendre
  • First it means we are concerned with the global
ecology, how energy is made and used,
  • Second, it simply means our global business
    concern.
