Kingdom Focus Going beyond having Church to
establishing the Lordship of Christ in every area
of society. The Kingdom of God is to accept
God's rule here and now. When the Kingdom of God
becomes a present reality and not only a future
hope, humankind are able to enjoy the blessings
of God's rule. God has made Jesus the King of all
creation. He is King of both the visible and the
invisible.

Synergy Pursuing opportunities to partner with
others, both in and outside the organisation, to
optimize effectiveness. The essence of synergy
is to value differences, to respect them, and to
build on each others strengths. Synergy creates a
new script for the organization that is more
geared to service and contribution, is less
protective, less adversarial, less selfish one
that is more open, more trusting, more giving an
organization that is more loving, more caring,
and is less internally competitive and
judgmental.

Authenticity Living without pretence, tradition
or imitation. Presenting yourself in an authentic
way both on and off the pulpit. Imitation of a
tradition or culture without internalizing the
content makes for a shallow expression of our
Christian experience. Authenticity means
consistency between words and actions, and
between claimed values and actual priorities.
Inauthenticity means that we claim to be one
thing, then prove to be something else.

Reproduction Not just celebrating the gift of an
individual but focusing on the developing of a
next generation. True greatness is not just
being successful ourselves, but producing others
who are also just as or even more successful. A
leader who only produces followers, and not a
next generation of leaders limits his success to
what his direct, personal influence touches. A
leader who produces other leaders multiplies his
influence, and he and his people have a future.

Growth Having a constant desire to grow and
develop to new levels in your own person in
character and competency. All great leaders have
understood that their number one responsibility
was for their own discipline and personal growth.
If they could not lead themselves to growth, they
could not lead others to grow. Leaders can never
take others farther than they have gone
themselves.

Excellence To do things in a way that brings
glory to God and inspires people. We serve a God
who is committed to excellence and perfection in
everything he does. Whether the task was the
building of a tabernacle or the creation of the
universe, God has always demanded and exhibited
excellence . Everything we do should be done with
a conscious awareness of His presence, a
realization that He is watching.
