Medications

• Medications should be given at home if at all
  possible
• Parents must bring all medications to school
• NO phone permission will be accepted
• If all forms are not completed we will not
  administer medication

Volunteers

• Always sign in/out at the office and get a
  visitors tag.
• Always completely fill out an In-kind form and
  SIGN the bottom.

Home Visits/Parent Teacher Conferences

• 2 Required Home Visits per year usually done in
  September and April/May
• 2 Required Parent Teacher Conferences per year
  usually done in November and February
• Please see your childs teacher before leaving to
  sign up for your first Home Visit
