• Theory Test split into 2 separate tests
• 100 multiple choice questions, pass mark 85
• 19 hazard perception clips, with 20 scoreable
  hazards, pass mark 67 out of 100
• 2 parts can be taken in any order

Module 2 Driver CPC Case Studies

• 1½ hours test - Case study type questions using
  pictures, diagrams, audio clips etc as well as
  text
• Questions written by experts from the industries
• Series of scenarios and questions
• 7 case studies per test
• Between 5 and 8 questions in each case study
• Pass mark 38 out of 50

CASE STUDY Chris is a coach driver taking groups
on a day trips to local tourist attractions.
Chris will be driving in busy urban areas. Prior
to this trip Chris asked his manager for advice
on preparation of the route for the trip. He
attended his brothers birthday party the night
before. Chris starts his day at 7.00 and
performs a walk-round check before driving to
pick up his passengers. Chris had a reduced
weekly rest period on the previous weekend. He
is scheduled to attend a training course to teach
techniques to improve his fuel consumption.
After the course Chris feels unwell with flu
over the rest of the weekend and has had very
little sleep.

• Developed with support from the industries
• Can be taken at same time as module 3
