• Consider the tandem network shown below, having

  bits to transport to B, and it divides them into
  equal-size packets. Each packet has n data bits
  (assume that M/n is an integer). In the following
  problems you are requested to derive a formula
  for the total transport time, T.
• 1. Neglect the headers and neglect the
  propagation times. Express T in terms of L, b,
  M, and n.
• Suppose that an h-bit header is appended to each
  packet at A. Express T in terms of L, b, M, n,
  and h.
• Add to the model in (2) the propagation times
  seconds for each link. Express T in terms of
  L, b, M, n, h, and
• Let L2 and neglect propagation times. Suppose
  that Compute the value of n that
  minimizes T (I want a number here. How about
