Access Plans for Taxis

• Taxis are allowed free access into E-Lane during
  road closure period except between 5 am and 9.30
  am on weekdays for drop off/pick up passengers
• Hotels (i.e. Pan Pacific, Marina Mandarin and
  Mandarin Oriental)
• Taxi points along Raffles Blvd (i.e. Millenia
  Walk taxi stand and Marina Square basement
  carpark)
• For AM peak hours, only taxis with the following
  conditions are allowed to access E-Lane
• Passengers holding valid hotel guest pass
• On-Call Booking taxis (Taxis must have
  LED-rooftop display)
• E-Lane closure hours on race days
• 9.00pm 11.30pm on Sat
• 7.00pm 10.30pm on Sun

Access Plans for Taxis

• Taxis which do not possess decal or hotel guest
  pass may use alternative routes for drop off/pick
  up passengers
• Suntec Convention Centre driveway, Suntec Towers
  12, 34 via Temasek Blvd
• Millenia / Centennial Tower via Temasek Ave and
  Millenia carpark
• Pick up decal to access E-lane to hotel lobbies
  at Pan Pacific loading/ unloading bay- via
  Temasek Blvd
• Taxis access to hotel lobbies via the underground
  carparks are subjected to police screening
• Marina Square carpark (Mandarin Oriental and
  Marina Mandarin)
• Millenia carpark (Ritz Charlton)

Taxi Points

• 11 Designated Taxi Points identified for F1
  dispersal
• Points are distinguished by the F1 Taxi Service
  Point signage
• LTA staff, APOs and USGs will be deployed to
  designated
  taxi points for control measures.
• 5 surcharge will be imposed
• 25 26 Sep 09 (10.30pm 12 midnight)
• 27 Sep 09 (9.30pm 12 midnight)
• Opening taxi point to facilitate shoppers going
  to Marina Square
• Setting up of temporary drop off point at Marina
  Square underground carpark (B1) for shoppers
• Closure of this drop off point
• 25 26 Sep 09 (9.00pm onwards)
• 27 Sep 09 (7.00pm onwards)
• Taxi points closed during dispersal at 10.30pm on
  Fri/Sat 9.30pm on Sun
