    and lesson plans

  • Develop help desk, cheat sheets, handbooks
  • Use Administrators as trainers- follow the
    leader

  • Keep focus on learning, information, and books
  • Network, Network, Network-people, information,
    and ideas
  • Develop Tech Teams
  • to create vision based on needs and curriculum
  • to ensure training implementation

  • to create support system of peer collaboration

  • Organize, publicize, teach, promote technology
  • Involve district in planning and programs
  • Integrate technology with other school plans
  • Converse with colleagues regarding technology

  • Attend grade/subject meetings with suggestions
