My Research

• Collect clustering algorithms of GEP, which we
  already know
• Parallelize the algorithms by using the MPI/HPC
  system
• Run and test the program
• Make the algorithms into one software
• Submit a report on the results of one of the
  clustering algorithms

Progress to Date

• Successfully realized one of the clustering
  algorithms in C/C code
• Successfully compiled and ran the code with
  multiple gene conditions
• Tried to realize the other clustering algorithms,
  but to no avail so far
