GATS Verification Update
  • Effective immediately, teachers will no longer
verify grades for progress reports at the 3rd and
6th week of each marking period.
  • The principal or designee will verify the school
immediately prior to the generation of progress
    reports.
  • The principal or designee will clear
verifications as soon as progress reports have
    been successfully printed and saved.
  • This change in procedure will minimize any
interruptions to teachers access to their
    gradebooks during the grading cycle.
  • Teacher and school verifications will continue
for 9-week report card processing.  Teacher
verifications serve two purposes  to confirm
that all gradebook entries are complete for the
grading cycle and to preserve the integrity of
cycle and semester grades, comments, and
citizenship grades during the report card process.
