  • Project team formed 28/09/06
  • Agreed by Crime Disorder Reduction Partnership
    (18th October).
  • Senior management fest on 19th October and
    principle ratified
  • Tranche 1 Areas identified and became active
    30/11/06
  • Initial training rollout started 22/11/06
  • Supplementary training started Jan 2007
  • Project fully implemented by 31st March 2007
