Reserva Especial spends between the picking day
and wine bottling.
7Sauvignon Blanc 2007 Reserva Especial was picked
on February 24, 2007 and will be bottled on
August 15, 2007. That makes 17 Junkas (Inca
10-day weeks) and denotes a great fresh, young
wine.

day through to bottling.

February 9, 2005 and bottled on December 1,
2006. That makes 57 Junkas (Inca 10-day weeks)
and denotes a well barrel-aged wine.
11A Sun on the label represents the entire year the
wine spent in the cellar, and the turquoise
counting stones each of the Junkas in the
second year until the wine was bottled.
