Types of biomes

• Tundra
• Rainforest

What is a biome

• Biomes are
• A biome is a community of plants and living
  things together.
• A place where weather and climate stay the same
  trough out the year

Artic tundra

• The climate is 3 to 12C (37-54F) in the summer
• In the winter -28C to -34C (24f to 30f)
• There plants are tussock grasses, dwarf trees
• Most of there forest has a glacier

Coniferous forest

• The 34f to 54f in the winter and in the summer
  it is 21C to 34C
• There are evergreens, nemlocks, and firs,
  brich and poplar trees
• Most of the forest has
• glaciers

Grassland

• The grassland gets about 10 to 30 inches of rain
  each year
• They have lots of tall grass and short grass.
  They also have milk weed , sweet cone, purple
  cone, and lots more

• The grassland is mostly just grass and trees

Tropical Rainforest

• The tropical rainforest 7 to 12 inches of rain
  each summer. In the winter its really foggy and
  cold
• They have bark, lianas, drip tips, and plenty
  more.
• They have largest amount of trees and animals
  then any other place

Desert

• The climate is really hot in some desert but they
  can also be cold.
• They have cactus, roots, old man cactus
• The desert is really dry and pretty much always
  sunny.

Deciduous forest

• This forest has a mild tempature.
• The have lots of types of trees like milkweed,
  pinetrree, and lots more.
• When leaves fall it helps all the things around
  it.
