• Mas él herido fue por nuestras rebeliones, molido
  por nuestros pecados el castigo de nuestra paz
  fue sobre él, y por su llaga fuimos nosotros
  curados.
• Todos nosotros nos descarriamos como ovejas, cada
  cual se apartó por su camino mas Jehová cargó en
  él el pecado de todos nosotros.

• He was pierced through for our transgressions, He
  was crushed for our iniquities The chastening
  for our well-being fell upon Him, and by His
  scourging we are healed.
• All of us like sheep have gone astray, each of us
  has turned to his own way But the Lord has
  caused the iniquity of us all to fall on Him

• ESTAMBUL, Turquía - la primera oveja saltó hacia
  su muerte. Los asombrados pastores turcos que
  habían dejado la manada pastando mientras que
  desayunaban, vieron como casi 1.500 otras
  siguieron, cada una saltando del mismo
  acantilado
• Al final, 450 animales muertos yacian uno encima
  del otro en una ondulante pila blanca ... Los que
  saltaron despues se salvaron cuando la pila se
  volvio más alta y la caída más amortiguada

Las ovejas no son conocidos por su sabiduría. Sin
supervisión Sheep are not known for their
wisdom. Left to themselves

• Ellas apacentan demasiado, creando escaseces del
  alimento..
• Son vulnerables a los ataques de depredadores.
• Pasean y se pierden.
• Se tiran de los acantilados.

• They overgraze, creating food shortages.
• They are vulnerable to attacks from predators.
• They wander and get lost.
• They walk off cliffs.

• El pueblo vaga como ovejas y sufre porque no
  tiene pastor. (Zacarías 102)

The people wander like sheep, They are afflicted,
because there is no shepherd. (Zechariah 102)

• Ovejas perdidas fueron mi pueblo sus pastores
  las hicieron errar, por los montes las
  descarriaron anduvieron de monte en collado, y
  se olvidaron su lugar de sus rediles. 
• Todos los que los hallaban, los devoraban y
  decían sus enemigos "No pecaremos, porque ellos
  pecaron contra Jehová, morada de justicia, contra
  Jehová esperanza de sus padres."

• My people have been lost sheep their shepherds
  have led them astray, turning them away on the
  mountains from mountain to hill they have gone,
  they have forgotten their fold.
• All who found them have devoured them, and their
  enemies have said, 'We are not guilty, for they
  have sinned against the Lord, their true
  habitation, the Lord, the hope of their fathers.'

• Qué hombre de vosotros, teniendo cien ovejas, si
  pierde una de ellas, no deja las noventa y nueve
  en el desierto, y va tras la que se perdió, hasta
  encontrarla? Y cuando la encuentra, la pone
  sobre sus hombros gozoso Y al llegar a casa,
  reune a sus amigos y vecinos, diciéndoles
  Gozaoas conmigo, porque he encontrado mi oveja
  que se había perdido.
• Os digo que así habrá más gozo en el cielo por un
  pecador que se arrepiente, que por noventa y
  nueve justos que no necesitan de arrepentimiento.
  (Lucas 153-7)

• What man among you, if he has a hundred sheep and
  has lost one of them, does not leave the
  ninety-nine in the open pasture and go after the
  one which is lost until he finds it? When he has
  found it, he lays it on his shoulders, rejoicing.
  And when he comes home, he calls together his
  friends and his neighbors, saying to them,
  'Rejoice with me, for I have found my sheep which
  was lost!'
• I tell you that in the same way, there will be
  more joy in heaven over one sinner who repents
  than over ninety-nine righteous persons who need
  no repentance. (Luke 153-7)

Sin pastor, atraemos problemas a nuestros mismos
y a otros.Without a shepherd, we bring problems
to ourselves others.

• Decimos cosas que duelen y destruyen.
• Alcohol, drogas y otras addiciones.
• Vivimos en una manera irresponsable que duele a
  otros.
• Consecuencias de una conducta sexual pecaminosa.
• Dañamos y destruimos familias.
• Atraemos mucho dolor y tristeza a este mundo.

• We say hurtful, damaging things.
• Alcohol, Drugs and other addictions.
• Irresponsible living which hurts others.
• Consequences from sinful sexual behavior.
• We damage and destroy families.
• We bring much pain sadness to this world.

El Señor es Nuestro PastorThe Lord is Our
Shepherd

• Os digo El que no entra por la puerta en el
  redil de las ovejas, sino que sube por otra
  parte, ése es ladrón y salteador. Mas el que
  entra por la puerta, el pastor de las ovejas es.
  A éste abre el portero, y las ovejas oyen su voz
  y a sus ovejas llama por nombre, y las saca.

• I say to you, he who does not enter by the door
  into the fold of the sheep, but climbs up some
  other way, he is a thief and a robber. But he who
  enters by the door is a shepherd of the sheep. To
  him the doorkeeper opens, and the sheep hear his
  voice, and he calls his own sheep by name and
  leads them out.

• Y cuando ha sacado fuera todas las propias, va
  delante de ellas y las ovejas le siguen, porque
  conocen su voz. Mas al extraño no seguirán, sino
  huirán de él porque no conocen la voz de los
  extraños. (Juan 101 5)

• When he puts forth all his own, he goes ahead of
  them, and the sheep follow him because they know
  his voice. A stranger they simply will not
  follow, but will flee from him, because they do
  not know the voice of strangers." (John 101 5)

El Señor es Nuestro PastorThe Lord is Our
Shepherd

• Yo soy el buen pastor el buen pastor su vida da
  por las ovejas.
• Mas el asalariado, y que no es el pastor, de
  quien no son propias las ovejas, ve venir al lobo
  y deja las ovejas y huye, y el lobo arrebata las
  ovejas y las dispersa. Así que el asalariado
  huye, porque es asalariado, y no le importan las
  ovejas.

• I am the good shepherd the good shepherd lays
  down His life for the sheep.
• He who is a hired hand, and not a shepherd, who
  is not the owner of the sheep, sees the wolf
  coming, and leaves the sheep and flees, and the
  wolf snatches them and scatters them. He flees
  because he is a hired hand and is not concerned
  about the sheep.

• Yo soy el buen pastor y conozco mis ovejas, y
  las mías me conocen, así como el Padre me conoce,
  y yo conozco al Padre y pongo mi vida por las
  ovejas. (vs. 11-16)

• I am the good shepherd, and I know My own and My
  own know Me, even as the Father knows Me and I
  know the Father and I lay down My life for the
  sheep. (vs. 11-16)

Jesús, el Buen PastorJesus, the Good Shepherd

• Nuestro pastor nos cuida.
• Él quiere que le conozcamos.
• Él quiere que lo distingamos de otros que hacen
  daño.
• Él desea protegernos del peligro.
• Él no es un empleado, pero ha dedicado su vida
  por nosotros

• Our Shepherd cares about us.
• He wants us to know Him.
• He wants us to know Him from others who bring
  harm.
• He wants to protect us from danger.
• He is not a hired hand, but committed His life
  for us.

Con el Señor como nuestro PastorWith the Lord
as Our Shepherd

• nada me faltará. En lugares de delicados pastos
  me hará descansar. Junto a aguas de reposo me
  pastoreará. Confortará mi alma Me guiará por
  sendas de justicia por amor de su nombre.
• Aunque ande en valle de sombra de muerte, no
  temeré mal alguno, porque tú estarás conmigo Tu
  vara y tu cayado me infundirán aliento. Aderezas
  mesa delante de mí en presencia de mis
  angustiadores

• I shall not want. He makes me lie down in green
  pastures He leads me beside quiet waters. He
  restores my soul He guides me in the paths of
  righteousness For His name's sake.
• Even though I walk through the valley of the
  shadow of death, I fear no evil, for You are with
  me Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me. You
  prepare a table before me in the presence of my
  enemies

as Our Shepherd

• You have anointed my head with oil My cup
  overflows. Surely goodness and lovingkindness
  will follow me all the days of my life, And I
  will dwell in the house of the Lord forever.
  (Psalm 23)

• Unges mi cabeza con aceite mi copa está
  rebosando. Ciertamente el bien y la misericordia
  me seguirán todos los días de mi vida, y en la
  casa de Jehová moraré por largos días. (Psalm 23)
