    acceptance
  • 1 deliverable returned to project team for
    additional work
  • Defines implementation approach, business
    processes supported by HRMS, software gaps and
    change management/deployment readiness strategies
  • State and Accenture teams have met proposed
    staffing plans
  • First Agency Readiness Conducted in December.
  • Next Milestone Release 1 Planning - February
    29, 2004
  • Application specifications defined
  • Interface, data conversion and reporting
    specifications defined
  • Agency impact assessment conducted

The HRMS project is on-schedule as of 12-31-03.
Application specifications for Release 1 will be
frozen as of 3-31-04 as planned.

activities

  • Green 38 agencies completed at least 90 of
    their deployment planning To Dos
  • Yellow 0 agencies completed between 70-90 of
    their deployment To Dos
  • Red 1 has not responded

Project Plan Implementation Approach
  • HRMS will be rolled out in three releases.
  • Release 1 The core HR and payroll functionality
    will be rolled out in two groups of agencies.
  • Consists of personnel and compensation
    administration, time management, benefits
    (pension), some self service capabilities
  • Group 1 January 2005 representing 31 of all
    employees, Group 2 April 2005 representing the
    rest of the State
  • Release 2 We will roll-out a second functional
    module to all agencies
  • Consists of either Recruitment/Performance
    Management/Training or additional Time Management
    functionality
  • Entire State August 2005
  • Release 3 We will roll-out the last functional
    module to all agencies
  • Consists of either Recruitment/Performance
    Management/Training or additional Time Management
    functionality
  • Entire State October 2005
