as planned - 39 deliverables submitted for the States
acceptance - 1 deliverable returned to project team for

processes supported by HRMS, software gaps and
change management/deployment readiness strategies - State and Accenture teams have met proposed
staffing plans - First Agency Readiness Conducted in December.

7Project Plan Implementation Approach
- HRMS will be rolled out in three releases.
- Release 1 The core HR and payroll functionality
will be rolled out in two groups of agencies. - Consists of personnel and compensation
administration, time management, benefits
(pension), some self service capabilities - Group 1 January 2005 representing 31 of all
employees, Group 2 April 2005 representing the
rest of the State - Release 2 We will roll-out a second functional
module to all agencies - Consists of either Recruitment/Performance
Management/Training or additional Time Management
functionality - Entire State August 2005
- Release 3 We will roll-out the last functional
module to all agencies - Consists of either Recruitment/Performance
