• Improvement Partnership Definition
• A durable regional collaboration organized within
  a state or other governmental geographical unit
  (e.g., city, county) focused on improving the
  quality of childrens health care using a systems
  approach.

  partnership may include
• governmental agencies (e.g., health departments,
  state Medicaid)
• health care provider groups (e.g., AAP AAFP
  chapters)
• academic institutions
• community organizations

• business organizations
