  • Use Year, Month, Account as Rid Number
  • Where data is spread over 100 Rids, for example,
    use last 2 digits of HF No as Rid Number. Numbers
    with digits 00 will be found in rid 100. This
    allows for rapid data access for updates and
    enquiries.

    records is stored across 1000 rids. The last 3
    digits of the Member number is the Rid number.
    Digits 000 are found in rid 1000

    last 2 digits of the member number being the rid
    number .
  • This provides for instant access and rapid speed
    of processing for enquiry or updating by member
    number
