The Author

• Dr. Megh Raj Goyal obtained his bachelor degree
  in Agricultural Engineering from Punjab
  Agricultural University - India.
• He obtained his M.S and his Ph. D. Degrees in
  Agricultural Engineering from the Ohio State
  University.

• At present, he is a professor in Agricultural and
  Biomedical Engineering at the University of
  Puerto Rico Mayagüez Campus.
• He also holds a Professional Engineering license.

• He has published more than 200 technical articles
  in professional journals and two bibliographies
  on drip irrigation.
• He is know as father of Irrigation Engineering
  in Puerto Rico.
