    difficulty breathing for 24 hours. She has a
    fever and a non-productive cough. Pulse Ox showed
    a saturation of 90 on room air. Placed on oxygen
    and Pulse Ox improved slightly. Still being
    evaluated in the ER.

    feeling well and was having some respiratory
    distress. She is febrile. Had progressing
    difficulty breathing and was placed on oxygen by
    NRB. Waiting for chest Xray and lab results.

    EMS. Responds only to painful stimuli with
    incomprehensible sounds and withdraws from pain.
    Neuro status deteriorated to no response and
    extension of extremeties.
